LG E570 Scaling Factors

My Whatwatt go does not deliver the values as expected and billed by our electricity supplier.
The indicated power seems to be too small by a factor 3.
And the summed up power values have totally wrong (much too high) values: 13.5MWh instead of realistic 13.5kWh. Seems like wrong units.
I am running on the lge470 scaling factor setting. I suspect an error in those settings.
Does anyone have a correct scaling factor setting for this smart meter?

Hi,

thank you for the information.

The problem concerns selected E570 scalers which do not match the actual configuration of the meter, hence the incorrect energy value.

To solve the problem, all scalers should be defined to be the same as in the configuration for E570, but in the energy place they should be 0 instead of 3.

Go to the meter tile, then „Define custom scalers“ and set them as in the image below:

save the settings, go back to the general meter settings and in the „Scaling factor set“ item select custom, Conversion factor should be 1. Save the settings.

After this correction, the energy values should be in the expected kWh range, while the instantaneous power values should remain unchanged.

Best regards

Thanks. On my smartmeter there is a sticker with “display * 3”.
Therefore I set the conversion factor to “3”
I will see after the next billing cycle (in 3 months), if know my values match the invoice
